## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Indiana Broadcasting LLC, licensee of station WANE-TV, substitutes DTV channel 31 for DTV channel 4 at Fort Wayne, Indiana. See 66 FR 65872, December 21, 2001. DTV channel 31 can be allotted to Fort Wayne, Indiana, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 41-05-38 N. and 85-10-48 W. with a power of 82, HAAT of 253 meters and with a DTV service population of 792 thousand. Since the community of Fort Wayne, Indiana, is located within 400 kilometers of the U.S.-Canadian border, concurrence from the Canadian government has been obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
