## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of TV Alabama, Inc., substitutes DTV channel 5 for DTV channel 34c at Tuscaloosa, Alabama. See 67 FR 59490, September 23, 2002. DTV channel 5 can be allotted to Tuscaloosa in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 33-28-48 N. and 87-25-50 W. with a power of 5.4, HAAT of 641 meters and with a DTV service population of 1431 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
