Abstract
The Federal Communications Commission has repealed a section of its multichannel video and cable television service rules dealing with the blocking of indecent sexually-oriented programming channels because the underlying statutory provision, 47 U.S.C. 561, was struck down as unconstitutional under the First Amendment.
