## Abstract

This document implements the provisions of LPTV Pilot Project Digital Data Services Act, which requires the Commission to implement regulations establishing a pilot project. This document also clarifies and revises issues raised in a Petition for Response to Reconsideration of the Implementation Order filed by U.S. Interactive, L.L.C., d/b/a AccelerNet.
