## Abstract

In this document, the Commission reconsidered certain aspects of per-payphone compensation pursuant to a remand by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. To implement the remand, the Commission established a new default compensation amount for completed access charge and subscriber 800 calls per payphone per month, and resolved the issues of compensation for 0+ and inmate calls, interest rates, and a number of other related matters.
