## Abstract

This document contains corrections to the final regulations (47 CFR 54.313) published in the Federal Register on December 30, 1999 (64 FR 73427). See FR Doc. 99-33766. The regulation related to the state certification of support for universal service funds. Inadvertently, two paragraphs were removed from 47 CFR 54.313. This document corrects that error.
