## Abstract

This document seeks public comment on petitions filed for reconsideration of certain rules adopted by the Commission in the Second Improved TRS Order, published at 68 FR 50973 (August 25, 2003). The petitions request that the Commission waive and reconsider its rules regarding the emergency call handling of TRS calls, and that the Commission waive its rules regarding three-way call processing at telecommunications relay centers.
