## Abstract

The Commission amends its regulations relating to the submission of truthful information to the Commission. Under the former rule, Commission regulatees were prohibited, in any written statement submitted to the Commission, from making any misrepresentation or willful material omission bearing on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission. The new rule provides that specified persons covered by the rule may not, in proceedings covered by the rule, make written or oral statements of fact that are, in material respects, intentionally incorrect or misleading or make written statements of fact without a reasonable basis for believing that the statement is correct and not misleading.
