Abstract
This document reallots Channel 278A from Russellville, Alabama, to Littleville, Alabama, and modifies the license for Station WMXV to specify operation Channel 278A at Littleville, Alabama, in response to a petition filed by Clear Channel Broadcasting Licenses, Inc.
