## Abstract

In this document, the Commission sets forth recordkeeping and reporting requirements in connection with mobile satellite service (MSS) providers' implementation of 911 emergency call centers. As many citizens, elected representatives, and public safety personnel recognize, 911 service is critical to our Nation's ability to respond to a host of crises and this document enhances the Nation's ability to do so.
