## Abstract

In this document, the Commission addresses a petition for reconsideration of the Report and Order in this proceeding filed by the American Association of Paging Carriers (AAPC). AAPC requests that the Commission prohibit the licensing of stations on frequencies (or channels) 12.5 kHz removed from eight specific part 90 450-470 MHz band paging frequencies.
