This allotment at Haworth, Oklahoma, was adopted in lieu of the original proposal of Katherine Pyeatt, requesting the allotment of Channel 294A at Clarksville, Texas. Channel 294A can be allotted to Haworth, Oklahoma, in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 10.1 km (6.3 miles) south of Haworth. The coordinates for Channel 294A at Haworth, Oklahoma, are 33-45-33 North Latitude and 94-41-06 West Longitude. A filing window for Channel 294A at Haworth, Oklahoma, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening this allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent Order.
