## Abstract

In this document, the Commission issued an Order ("Order") waiving certain of its rules pertaining to the January 1, 2011 interim deadlines associated with the narrowbanding of private land mobile radio licensees in the 150-174 MHz and 421-512 MHz bands. The Commission denied relief with respect to the interim licensing deadlines, but granted relief in part with respect to certain interim equipment deadlines.
