Abstract
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted many changes in its rules, which governs licensing and operation of space stations and earth stations. Collectively, the changes adopted in this document will streamline the Commission's regulations, fostering more rapid deployment of services to the public, greater investment, and new innovations in satellite services.
