Abstract
In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) establishes two programs: The COVID-19 Telehealth Program designed to distribute a $200 million appropriation from Congress under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, to help health care providers provide connected care services to patients at their homes or mobile locations in response to the novel Coronavirus 2019 disease (COVID-19) pandemic, and the Connected Care Pilot Program (Pilot Program) designed to make available up to $100 million over three years to examine how the Universal Service Fund can help support the trend towards connected care services to consumers, particularly for low-income Americans and veterans.
