Abstract
In this document, the Commission announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years, the information collection associated with rules for notifications related to access stimulation adopted in the Commission's Report and Order and Modification to Section 214 Authorizations, FCC 19-94, and that compliance with the modified rules is now required. This document is consistent with the Report and Order and Modification to Section 214 Authorizations, FCC 19-94, which states the Commission will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing a compliance date for the modified rule section and revise the rule accordingly.
