## Abstract

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) amends its rules to facilitate the deployment of earth stations in motion (ESIMs) communicating with geostationary (GSO) and non-geostationary orbit (NGSO) fixed-satellite service (FSS) satellite systems.
