## Abstract

This document summarizes the procedures, deadlines, and upfront payment and minimum opening bid amounts for the upcoming auction of approximately 8,000 new flexible-use geographic overlay licenses in the 2.5 GHz band (Auction 108). The Auction 108 Procedures Public Notice summarized here provides details regarding the procedures, terms, conditions, dates, and deadlines governing participation in Auction 108 bidding, as well as overview of the post- auction application and payment process. The Auction 108 Procedures Public Notice released on March 21, 2022, was corrected by an erratum released on April 1, 2022. The changes made by the erratum are included in this document.
