## Abstract

In the document, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) of the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) adopts the drive test parameters and a drive test model required of two Alaska Plan mobile-provider participants: GCI Communication Corp (GCI) and Copper Valley Wireless (CVW).
