Abstract
In this document, the Federal Communications Commission's Media Bureau, Video Division (Bureau) issued a issued a notice of proposed rulemaking in response to a Petition for Rulemaking filed by Tennessee TV, LLC (Petitioner), the licensee of television station WKNX-TV (WKNX-TV or Station), channel 7, Knoxville, Tennessee (Knoxville). The Petitioner has requested the substitution of UHF channel 21 for VHF channel 7 in the Table of TV Allotments. For the reasons set forth in the Report and Order referenced below, the Bureau amends FCC regulations to substitute channel 21 for channel 7 at Knoxville.
