Abstract
This document allots Channel 251C3 to Hamilton, Montana, as that community's second FM service in response to a petition filed by Benedict Communications, Inc. See 60 FR 3613, January 18, 1995. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for this allotment at coordinates 46-14-36 and 114-09-30. Channel 251C3 is not site restricted. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
