The Commission dismisses a Petition for Reconsideration filed by Value Radio Corporation (Value). Value sought reconsideration of the action taken by the Chief, Allocations Branch in MM Docket No. 89-500 on the basis that the action precluded its proposal, in another proceeding, for amendment of the Commission's FM Table of Allotments. See 56 FR 19039 (April 25, 1991). The Commission dismissed Value's petition as moot in light of the fact that Value's rulemaking proposal was subsequently approved and was not precluded by the action taken in MM Docket 89-500.
