Abstract
This document allots Channel 276C3 to Bagdad, Arizona, as that community's second local aural transmission service, in response to a petition for rule making filed by Chris Sarros. See 59 FR 43, January 3, 1994. Bagdad is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the United States-Mexico border and therefore, concurrence of the Mexican government in this proposal was obtained. Coordinates used for Channel 276C3 at Bagdad are 34-28-50 and 113-20-08. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
