## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Walla Walla Christian Broadcasters, allots Channel 256A at Walla Walla, Washington, as the community's fifth local commercial FM transmission service (RM-8213). We also, at the request of Brett E. Miller, dismiss the mutually exclusive proposal to allot Channel 270C3 at Waitsburg, Washington, as the community's first local aural transmission service (RM-8252). See 58 FR 37696, July 13, 1993.
