Abstract
The Commission dismisses a Petition for Reconsideration filed by C.R. Crisler. Crisler sought reconsideration of the action taken by the Chief, Allocations Branch in MM Docket No. 90-550, in which Lafayette FM Joint Venture (``LFMJV''), the permittee of Station KRRQ(FM) in Lafayette, Louisiana, was granted an upgrade of its station from Channel 238A to 238C2. 57 FR 45002 (Sept. 30, 1992). The Commission denied Crisler's petition in that it failed to raise arguments that warranted denying an upgrade of LFMJV's station.
