Abstract
This document allots Channel 245C3 to Fairbanks, Alaska, as that community's sixth local FM service, in response to a petition for rule making filed by Northern Television, Inc. See 60 FR 17048, April 4, 1995. Coordinates used for Channel 245C3 at Fairbanks are North Latitude 64-50-16 and West Longitude 147-42-59. Fairbanks is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the United States-Canadian border and therefore, concurrence of the Canadian government to this proposal was obtained. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
