## Abstract

This document reallots Channel 271A from Quincy to Susanville, California, and modifies the license of Olympic Broadcasters, Inc. for Station KQNC(FM) to specify operation on Channel 271C2, as requested, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.420(g) and (i) of the Commission's Rules. See 57 FR 46368, October 2, 1992. The allotment of Channel 271C2 to Susanville will provide that community with its fourth local transmission facility without depriving Quincy of local aural transmission service. Coordinates used for Channel 271C2 at Susanville are 40-27-13 and 120-34-14. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
