Abstract
The Commission has adopted a Report and Order which establishes a schedule of fees that participants in the competitive bidding process will be assessed for certain on-line computer services, bidding software, and bidder information packages. In establishing the fees, the Report and Order implements the Independent Offices Appropriations Act. The Commission's action in assessing the fees is to recoup the Federal Government's costs for providing such services and products.
