Radio Broadcasting Services; Atlantic and Glenwood, IA

The Commission, at the request of Valley Broadcasting, Inc., reallots Channel 279C from Atlantic to Glenwood, Iowa, as its first local aural service, and modifies the license of Station KXKT to specify Glenwood as its community of license. See 59 FR 54545, November 1, 1994. Channel 279C can be allotted to Glenwood in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 24.6 kilometers (15.3 miles) north to accommodate petitioner's desired transmitter site. The coordinates for Channel 279C at Glenwood are 41-15-49 North Latitude and 95-46-21 West Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
