Abstract
This order amends various parts of the Federal Communications Commission's regulations to reflect the creation of a new International Bureau, and the abolition of the old Office of International Communications. Some of the changes affect the internal structure of the Commission; others affect the delegation of authority from the Commission to the International Bureau and other bureaus and offices; and others affect procedures for practice before the Commission.
