Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Sharon K. Bryan, allots Channel 230A at Carthage, Illinois, as the community's second local FM transmission service. See 60 FR 40812, August 10, 1995. Channel 230A can be allotted to Carthage in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 230A at Carthage are North Latitude 40-24-48 and West Longitude 91-08-00. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
