## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Hoffman Communications, Inc., allots Channel 226A to Ettrick, Virginia. See 59 FR 50887, October 6, 1994. Channel 226A can be allotted to Ettrick, Virginia, in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 12.3 kilometers (7.6 miles) northwest in order to avoid a short-spacing conflict with Station WFOG(FM), Channel 225B, Suffolk, Virginia. The coordinates for Channel 226A at Ettrick are 37-1753 and 77-32-53. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
