Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Erin Communications, Inc., substitutes Channel 278A for Channel 228A at Wellsville, NY, and modifies Station WJQZ(FM)'s license to specify operation on the alternate Class A channel. See 60 FR 55821, November 3, 1995. The substitution of channels could allow Station WJQZ(FM) to improve its facilities from its present 3 kW to 6 kW. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
