## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Hunt Broadcasting, Inc., substitutes Channel 269C1 for Channel 269C3 at Denison-Sherman, Texas, and modifies the license of Station KDVE(FM) to specify operation on the higher powered channel. To accommodate the allotment of Channel 269C1 at Denison-Sherman, the Commission also substitutes Channel 282C2 for Channel 270C2 at Paris, Texas, and modifies Station KBUS(FM)'s license; substitutes Channel 273A for Channel 272A at Madill, Oklahoma, and modifies Station KMAD(FM)'s license; and substitutes Channel 252A for Channel 269A as well as, a change of transmitter site for Station KAIH(FM) at Jacksboro, Texas, and modifies Station KAIH(FM)'s construction permit accordingly. See 60 FR 40814, August 10, 1995. See Supplemental Information, infra. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
