Abstract
The Commission has released a Report and Order that permits expanded use of signal boosters by licensees without separate authorization from the Commission. The rule amendment is necessary to enable licensees to use signal boosters without obtaining a waiver of the rules. The effect of this action is to reduce the workload burden on both the applicant and the Commission.
