Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Kuhel Communications, allots Channel 232A at Forest Acres, South Carolina, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 61 FR 9411, March 8, 1996. Channel 232A can be allotted to Forest Acres in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 232A at Forest Acres are North Latitude 34-01-09 and West Longitude 80-59-24. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
