Abstract
The Commission affirms the grant of the rulemaking petition (RM-7226) of Lakeland Broadcasters, Inc., permittee of a station authorized to operate on Channel 290A, Lakeland, Georgia, requesting an upgrade from a Class A to a Class C3 channel. See Memorandum Opinion and Order 58 FR 26918, May 6, 1993. In so doing, the Commission denies the petition for reconsideration of La Taurus Productions, Inc. and dismisses as moot the petition for reconsideration filed by Southland Radio, Inc.
