## Abstract

The Commission revised its Schedule of Regulatory Fees on July 1, 1996, in order to recover the amount of regulatory fees that Congress has required it to collect for fiscal year 1996. See Report and Order in the Matter of Assessment and Collection of Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 1996, Md Docket 96-84, FCC-295 (released July 5, 1996). The attached Order establishes the dates when these regulatory fees must be paid.
