## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Gene Zortman, allots Channel 298A to Castana, Iowa, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 61 FR 20789, May 8, 1996. Channel 298A can be allotted to Castana in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 298A at Castana are 42-04-24 and 95-54-36. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
