Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Choctaw Broadcasting, allots Channel 289C2 to De Kalb, Mississippi, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 60 FR 31277, June 14, 1995. Channel 289C2 can be allotted to De Kalb, Mississippi, in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 289C2 at De Kalb are 32-46-03 and 88-39-03. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
