Abstract
This action allots Channel 270A to Negaunee, Michigan, as the community's second FM broadcast service in response to a petition filed by Todd Stuart Noordyk (``Noordyk''). See 61 FR 35705, July 8, 1996. We shall also modify the application filed by Noordyk for Channel 258A at Negaunee to specify Channel 270A with cut-off protection. The coordinates for Channel 270A are 46-28-18 and 87-36-55. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
