Abstract
This document contains corrections to the final regulations which were published Tuesday, March 12, 1996, (61 FR 9946). The regulations related to the elimination of regulatory distinctions between U.S.-licensed domestic satellites and separate international satellite systems, resulting in uniform treatment of all U.S.- licensed geostationary fixed-satellites.
