Abstract
This document allots Channel 286C2 to Keaau, Hawaii, as that community's first local aural transmission service, in response to a petition filed by Deborah Takehiro Ombac. See 61 FR 40775, August 6, 1996. Coordinates used for Channel 286C2 at Keaau, Hawaii, are 19-37-30 and 155-02-24. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
