Abstract
The First Order on Reconsideration denies petitions for reconsideration of the Commission's cable home wiring rules, except to specify the procedure a cable operator must follow when a subscriber terminates cable service. This order will facilitate competition in the video marketplace by clarifying rules governing the disposition of wiring.
