## Abstract

The Commission, at the request of Hildalgo County Broadcasters, allots Channel 279C3 to Lordsburg, New Mexico, as the community's second local FM service. See 60 FR 39142, August 1, 1995. Channel 279C3 can be allotted to Lordsburg in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 32-20-48 North Latitude and 108-42-36 West Longitude. Mexican concurrence in the allotment has been received since Lordsburg is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the U.S.-Mexican border. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
