## Abstract

This Order amends the Commission's Rules to eliminate current national multiple radio ownership restrictions and to relax local radio ownership restrictions (the ``radio contour overlap'' rule). This action is necessary to conform the current rules to section 202(a) and 202(b)(1) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
