## Abstract

This document denies a Petition for Reconsideration filed by State University of New York, licensee of noncommercial educational Station WFNP, Channel *204A, Rosendale, New York, directed to the Report and Order in this proceeding which denied its proposal to modify the Station license to specify operation on Channel 273A. See 60 FR 54954, October 27, 1995. This document also dismisses a related Emergency Request for Stay of FM Application Window. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
