Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Amargosa Valley Broadcasters, allots Channel 266A to Amargosa Valley, NV, as the community's first local aural broadcast service. See 61 FR 48659, September 16, 1996. Channel 266A can be allotted to Amargosa Valley in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 36-38-38 North Latitude and 116-23-58 West Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
