Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Michael Sutcliffe, allots Channel 232C3 to Humboldt, Kansas, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 61 FR 57359, November 6, 1996. Channel 232C3 can be allotted to the community in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 19.5 kilometers (12.1 miles) southwest to avoid a short-spacing conflict with the licensed site of Station KFKF (FM), Channel 231C, Kansas City, Kansas. The coordinates for Channel 232C3 at Humboldt are 37-39-50 NL and 95-33-31 WL. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
