## Abstract

This document contains corrections to the final rules which were published in the Federal Register August 15, 1996. (61 FR 42386). The rules related to the effective dates after which new or modified equipment connected to the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) or to the Public Switched Digital Service (PSDS) must comply with the rules released in a Report and Order on March 7, 1996. (FCC 96-1).
